Designed and executed an IT turnaround strategy. The scope of the transition included all IT functions including LAN/WAN, hardware, software support and development, AS/400 operations, and help desk within a 90 day timeframe. Hired, trained, and provided leadership for the IT organization, and created a long term IT strategy
